    Our Taylor, commercial soft serve machines operate on standard 120-volt outlets but require a dedicated 20-amp circuit to function properly. NO OTHER DEVICES OR EQUIPMENT CAN BE POWERED ON THE SAME CIRCUIT DURING ICE CREAM SERVICE.

    Our machines require many more times their rated running amps to start-up and therefore require the stability of power directly from the grid.  Use of a generator may result in expensive damage and is strictly prohibited.

    Olympia Soft Serve, LLC is a machine-only rental company.  No consumables will be provided.  For help sourcing these items please inquire when booking.

    Absolutely!  For your convenience we have a wide variety of these items available for purchase. Details can be discussed at time of booking.

    In most operating environments our machines can produce about 3 servings per minute. Hot weather or non-stop serving may require brief periods of rest for the machine to recover.

    We serve most of Thurston County and parts of bordering counties.  Deliveries outside the city limits of Olympia, Lacey or Tumwater will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Due to logistics & cost we do not serve King or Kitsap County locations at this time.

    Our machines are quite heavy and awkward to handle.  For your safety and convenience, they are only available for delivery, setup and retrieval by Olympia Soft Serve Staff.

    Electrical Requirements & Disclaimer

    Our Taylor, commercial grade machines operate on standard 120-volt outlets but require a dedicated 20-amp circuit to function properly.  NO OTHER DEVICES OR EQUIPMENT CAN BE POWERED ON THE SAME CIRCUIT DURING ICE CREAM SERVICE.  We are happy to discuss power supply strategies prior to your event but adequate power supply is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Each machine comes complete with a 50-foot extension cord if needed at no additional cost.
